Details:

We've got requests to check the possibility of using the internal user field
of health professional as an optional field.

It makes sense in the case where we want to keep a list of health
professionals, but not necessarily with an internal user associated to it.

Moreover, showing the internal user field can be expanded to any person (party
with the physical person attribute).
