Dear team

As presented in the last Tryton Unconference in Leipzig, GNU Health 3.0 will
be using the Pootle translation server [1] as the official localization
portal.

Thank you Karl, Ineiev and other FSF / GNU friends for providing the both the
development and localization tools for GNU Health !
