Update of task #13095 (project health):
Status: In Progress => Ready For Test
Percent Complete: 20% => 100%

Follow-up Comment #4:
Automatically fill in the following fields when the medicament is entered in
the prescription line.
- medication form
- dose (concentration / strength)
- dose unit
- administration route
In this version, the prescription can be filled in within the tree view, which
makes the process much faster.
