Details:

Update states on prescription order

- Draft (default)
- Done
- Validated (on health_crypto)

New buttons for Create (will set the state to "done") and "Generate
Validation" (will set the state to "validated").

The validation info ( ie, message digest, validation status and digital
signature ) will be shown only after validation.
