What is current development version and the releases version?

Sorry. I meant that it's in the "default" branch, not in the stable
branch.

Since 3.0, I want to keep the GNU Health kernel as one package,
separated from the related packages (plugins, vagrant, admin-tools).
That provides extra flexibility.
