Initial commit for module health_crypto_lab done in changeset
2470:d06831f97d4b

The lab test result document will have three states:

- Draft (in process)
- Done 
- Validated (signed)

The document hash will be generated upon validating it. From there, the lab
test result can also be digitally signed by the head of the department, using
the GNU Privacy Guard plugin for GNU Health.

Both the digital signature and the document digest can be verified at anytime
