[Health-dev] GNU Health 3.2 Release Candidate 1 ready for testing

Dear community

GNU Health 3.2 has reached RC status :) You can get the Release
Candidate 1 from the following link:

You can get a postgreSQL dump with webdav libraries here :
http://health.gnu.org/downloads/postgres_dumps/

Apply the post-upgrade script from the scripts folder.

The current dump comes with Spanish and French pre-installed. The rest
of official languages (German, Italian, Russian, Lao, Portuguese,
Japanese, Greek and Chinese ) will be installed during the week, same
as for the online demo server.

We have a week to go, so please test it as much as you can !
