Hello Luis,
I never thought that the version of PostgreSQL could be an issue.
The page https://en.wikibooks.org/wiki/GNU_Health/Installation#Requirements
does not specify the required or compatible versions of PostgreSQL. I
suggest adding the compatible versions there to avoid these issues.
