[Health-dev] [bug #54055] Caldav event does not update after changing the appointment

Follow-up Comment #2, bug #54055 (project health):

I have also update the way process when changing health professional on an
existing appointment.

Now it will move (delete and re-create) the event, from the previous calendar
to the new user (health professional) calendar.
