I have been doing some 'HL7 research' and have decided that the GNU Health datasets should align with HL7 datasets (tables) as much as possible but also take into account the SNOMED CT International terminology and coding system. https://www.hl7.org/fhir/terminologies-v2.html The column headings for Route / Dose Unit / Form / Frequency might be best expressed as: Local_Description | Local_Code | HL7_Description | HL7_Code Does this make sense Luis?
