Details:

With gnuhealth 3.4.rc3, plugins for crypto, frl and camera were shipped. in
the 3.4.0 release they have been removed (which makes sense for the server
package)
Unfortunately the are not in https://ftp.gnu.org/gnu/health/plugins/ either
(or at least no updated versions). Please add them to download site.
