Details:

Dear all

The community hub is almost ready ! It will contain the following components:

- Thalamus message server
- Health Information System / Person Master Index
- GNU Health HMIS and LIMS nodes 3.4

The current community server at health.gnusolidario.org will keep the previous
version of the GNU Haelth HMIS and LIMS servers (v 3.2)

Both the HMIS and HIS will be refreshed, with a tentative period of 1 day, but
we can discuss this.
