Dear all

We have migrated out translation server to the latest stable Pootle version
(2.8.2). Pootle uses a zip file format for export,  not compatible with GNU
tar.

I patched the previous Pootle  to use the tar format for exports, but for the
new one ((https://github.com/translate/pootle/issues/4494), I think is better
make the change on our side, to avoid patching the pootle server all the
time.

I will release a new version of the gnuhealth-control with an updated getlang
command.

You will need to install bsdtar, if your OS does not ship it.
