Details:
As discussed with Armand, it would be beneficial to automatically assign a
health condition from a confirmed lab result (ie, malaria, TB, ... ).
The condition will be assigned to the patient only at the stage of "confirmed"
in the lab workflow, when the lab manager approves it.
In this context, the condition will have a reference to the lab test.
