Details:

Each report in the Injury Surveillance System (ISS) can be linked to
coordinates and and displayed in OpenStreetMap (OSM).

In order to improve geolocation quality it is desireable to call OSM out of
the ISS, search and select a location, and pass the coordinates back to ISS.
