Dear Axel, dear Luis,

I finished the installation of modules and there is a mixture of 
languages (german/english) now. First of all, german ICD-10 translation 
does not work (but there ist still the new ICD-10 in English, what is good).

@ Axel: I do not find Admin / Module / Data. In the client there is 
Administration / Modules /Modules (and no data). Where can I find these 
38.000 records out of sync?
