[Health-dev] GNUHealth HMIS 4.0b1 is now ready to test

Dear developers and testers

The community server (federation.gnuhealth.org) is now hosting GH HMIS 
server 4.0b1. It's based on the upgraded demodb from 3.8.x series.

* Port: 7777 (federation.gnuhealth.org:7777)
* The credentials the same (admin/gnusolidario)

You need the updated GTK client, hosted at testpypi.

python3 -m pip install --index-url https://test.pypi.org/simple/ 
--extra-index-url https://pypi.org/simple/ gnuhealth-client==4.0b1

It's important to document the core module to be used by the HELP 
command offline documentation. I have created an entry that can be used 
as a sample (SM-CORE-0006)
