Currently, if no account receivable is set in neither the party or the default
account configuration, a traceback is generated at the moment of generating
the invoice from the patient health services.

It would be nice to show an User Error message instead of a traceback.

The steps would be:

            """ Look for the AR account in the following order:
                * Party
                * Default AR in accounting config
                * Raise an error if there is no AR account
            """
