[Health-dev] Suggest add 'ICD10/11' prefix to ICD10/11 categories.

For example:

  /I Certain infectious and parasitic diseases/xxx        => /ICD10/I Certain 
infectious and parasitic diseases/xxx
  /1A00–1H0Z Certain infectious or parasitic diseases/xxx => /ICD11/1A00–1H0Z 
Certain infectious or parasitic diseases/xxx
```

I think this have two benefit:
1. When user install two similar modules (maybe more), with ICD10/11 prefix 
will let categories UI looks well
2. When user need write different diseases module map feature, this string will 
useful
