[Health-dev] GNU Health 42RC2 and translations

42RC2 is about to be released, that means 4.2.0 is around the corner :)

I'll export / pack the latest strings on the translation template files
for each package, that should be pushed to the Weblate server, so you
can translate them to be included in 4.2.0
