I think the problem is because you're trying to generate the request without
using the wizard. The traceback shows up because there is no order
associated.

I'm attaching a screenshot link with the proper menu entry to generate the
request.

Even better, the request should be done from the Patient main screen (related
action).

PS: I noticed the menuentries on the demodb are old...we'll update them during
the week.
