The Patient critical information has two sections:

1) Automatic generated by GH, depending on the attributes of the health
conditions (disease group, severity, status, ...)
2) Manually entered by the health professional.

Sometimes, when the health condition matches two or more conditions, it will
be repeated. 

We can see it on the example of  
Z88.0 : Personal history of allergy to penicillin
since is in the group of ALLERGIC diseases and it creates a severe reaction on
this patient in particular.

We should only see one entry, instead of two.
