Follow-up Comment #4, bug #63327 (project health):
Indeed. In fact we've used in the past sometimes this concept of "wishful bug"
for features, but it creates confusion and is harder to document and manage.
Best way is if we want some new feature, just to write it to health-dev
mailing list, and from there we could create a task.
