You will get an error about lack of permissions when trying to set the
odontogram from the dentistry treatment model view.
This is because on newer Tryton versions, you can't execute an action wizard
from a model referring another one.
Currently the wizard model is gnuhealth.patient, and that is why the
odontogram can be set from the patient model and not from the dentistry
treatment model.
