[Health-i18n] I cannot input translation on gnusolidario

This is Kentaro with Japanese translation team.
I try to input Japanese translation on translation server of gnusolicario.
But I still cannot. And my team mate has the same condition.

I could not input translation on chapters.gnu.org once
You checked something then I could do it.
