[Health-i18n] Translation to Persian

Hi,

I need Help,
How can I Translation gnu-health to Persian Language?
I registered on the sites : Transifixe and Translate gnusolidario (Pootle) but in 2 site I can nothing...
I sent a notification but nothing...

I tried several times but I can't access to your IRC Chanl,  this is Error :
