I've  uninstalled the previous versions I had and tried installing tryton 2.0.1 from source. 
This is the current error..

You need Tryton 2.0.1 and GNU Health => 1.3.3


When using ubuntu or other Debian derivative,  you might want to check http://sourceforge.net/apps/trac/medical/wiki/installation#InstallingGNUHealthonTryton


Usually the --with-tryton is used when you do a local (eg, in your $HOME dir ) of Tryton.
