[Health] Party Menu Disappear and database issue.

Hi,

i was trying to explore access permission on Gnuhealth suddenly the Party menu disappear and i cant get it back...pls i need your help on this, in addition to this is it possible to backup data only when you want to backup the database and restored only the data to another database.
