Not at this point. We only generate tar.gz and pypi packages from stable
releases.

The easiest way to test the Release Candidate or the development
versions locally is to get the sources from the Mercurial repository.

But you have a good point. I think for GNU Health 2.6 we can start
making a tar.gz for the RC versions.
