Epic MyChart is the web portal for patients to access parts of their
data (such as appointments, released test results, etc.) stored for a
patient or it's authorized relatives at an hospital that uses the Epic
EMR software.
GNU Health is an EMR software.
So if you want to compare the 2, you should compare Epic and GNU Health.
Any specific reason you wanted to compare with the MyChart part specifically?
