Have we mailed before? Not aware of it....but no problem.

I can only speak for openSUSE, what I would try:
- open a terminal window and log in a s root (su)
- check if the processes are running:
systemctl status postgresql
systemctl status trytond
- check the databases:
psql -l

...and post the results...
