The packages on pypi.python.org are still at 3.0.1[1].

Debian packages and backports[2] (as well as the Docker GnuHealth Demo[3]) use
the tarballs from pypi to preserve the modular structure in separate Debian
packages. They won't be updated if not available from pypi.

Would you mind uploading new minor releases also to pypi (at least in the
future)?
