GNU Health can use different procedures coding, since the models are
quite generic to hold different standards.

Currently, you have 3 types of coding procedures :

1) ICD-10-PCS : Use pretty much only in the United States
2) ICD9-CM-Vol3 : from WHO and widely used.
3) ICPM : Used on some countries. WHO is replacing it.

As you mention, the relate action shows the history and status of
different service documents associated to the specific person.

On some services (ie, prescription), we have a button that adds to the
service document a line with the service itself. We are adding more
common services (lab, Dx imanging, evaluation,...) with this
functionality.

What you can do is to create a service document at the moment of
admission that includes those known services that will be included.
Then, the health professional can add new lines to that document if
needed.
