Thank you very much for the response.

I am sorry, there was a mistake while writing my previous email.

In fact, the ICD-10 in GNU Health shows 'Disk' where as the ICD-10 on WHO website shows 'Disc'. Our doctors refer to the website and hence unable to find 'Disc' in GNU Health.

I believe most ICD10 terms are in "British" English. Many terms
use the "ae" (eg, Haemorrhagic, anaemia, leukaemia), instead of
"hemorrhagic", "anemia" or "leukemia" that would be the American
English.

In any case, it's a good point and this is a good example of why
it's important to have localization for each region.
