Hi Team,
Users are often confronted with the requirement to record hospitalization history.
Right now it is possible to record a new past hospitalization. However it is not possible to confirm the admission.
This means that it is possible to record the reason of a past hospitalization, however it is not possible to record the discharge reason and the discharge DX of a past hospitalization.
is this feature availabe? If not is there a work around?
