Try first to position under the util dir. To do so, exec the alias
"cdutil"

$ cdutil

$ ./gnuhealth-control getlang pt_BR

These are the generic commands and paths in the standard GNU Health
installation. The paths / users might vary in different distros. Axel
can tell you more about the openSUSE packages.
