[Health] desktop and metainfo files

Hello.
Out of curiosity, I heard that MyGNUHealth is no more a KDE project, is
this true?
If so, shouldn't the desktop and metainfo files be renamed to something
like org.gnuhealt.mygnuhealth?

In addition, the metainfo.xml file should contain url, screenshots,
content_rating and releases sections.
