Hi Victor,
The Occhiolino, is another term for the GNUHealth's modern Laboratory Information Management System (GNU LIMS).

You may access the online demo server at "federation.gnuhealth.org:8000"

But, Instead of using the Occhiolino online demo server, I thinking you can go by installing the GNUHealth, then activate the Occhiolino (lab) module on your computer.

Occhiolino is not a stand alone Lab System. It's part of GNU Health via the lab modules. You can do lab requests and post results back. 

 

Disclaimer: my understanding of Occhiolino might be wrong though.

 

What's your use case? Do you mind sharing your  LIMS requirements?
