[Health] New Raspi4 image

Dear all,

we have released a new image for the Raspberry 4:

Leap 15.3 with XFCE Desktop
all Codecs installed (sound via HDMI)
GNU Health incl Demo DB (starts automatically)
MyGNUHealth
Firefox Browser with No-Script and uBlock Origin 
Firewall disabled by default, and ports for GNUHealth access configured
All updates come from the package management (zypper/YaST)
