[Help-bash] Testing bash scripts

Hey!

I created bash-ctx - a bash script that makes it context-aware [1].
Currently, it has zero tests and I'm thinking about adding some. I know
there's bats by Sam Stephenson [2] but I'm wondering whether there are
better approaches. What would you recommend for testing bash programs?
