Yes.

Also try uniq --help, which will point you to coreutils' web page and
bug-reporting address: address@hidden

However, if the bug is in the downstream multibyte patches that your
distro provided, rather than in upstream coreutils, then all upstream
will do is point you back at your distro for their downstream patch work.
