How can we have Bash save history per CL, i.e. any time a complete CL
is ended by Enter key, i.e. \n char. and immediately interpreted. Not
save only after exit shell session
The general approach is some combination of PROMPT_COMMAND and `history -a'
to append new history entries to the history file.
