Hi,
I have been working on a grammar
(quite ambiguous) using bison ver 1.875 and am using the GLR parsing option.
Bison reports an ambiguity in the same production. It goes somethin like
this -
List : Element
| List
Element
;
The problem is that since
Element can match "IDENTIFIER", " IDENTIFIER '{' IDENTIFIER '}' " and " '{' IDENTIFIER '}' ", the NT's
List and Element can be combined in different ways and when I give a %merge for
that prdn the parser just hangs. Any cue as to how to tackle this
problem?
