Help needed with checksum

Hi,

I am trying to use the checksum feature, but is having problem getting it
to work. Any pointer will be appreciated.
Here is my setup

cfengine 1.5.4
libdb from www.sleepycat.com version 2.7.7

And here is a simple cfengine.conf

control:
        actionsequence = ( files )
        ChecksumDatabase = ( /tmp/cache.db )
        ChecksumUpdates = ( on )

files:
        /usr/openwin/bin/openwin        checksum=md5

It run and said it is checking files, but /tmp/cache.db doesn't get
created.
