cfengine-2.0.a9 caution

Let me just warn everyone that, as of a9 I am experimenting
with a new protocol for file transfer. It is more efficient
than the old, but also not compatible. Until I am done,
this tar file should only be tested in isolation. I am
interested to know whether this version compiles
cleanly. I would not recommend using this for production
environment.
