cfengine2 problem

After upgrading from cfengine to cfagent I transfered my cfengine.conf to
cfagent.conf but i did not get the result I expected and got in the old
version. The problem: when I run:

control:
        hostname = ( xxx )
        domain = ( xxxxx )
        actionsequence =
         (
         editfiles.P1
         editfiles.P2
         )
editfiles:
        P1::
                { /tmp/p1
                  AutoCreate
                  EmptyEntireFilePlease
                  InsertLine "Test"
                }
        P2::
                { /tmp/p2
                  AutoCreate
                  EmptyEntireFilePlease
                  InsertLine "Test"
                }

Only /tmp/p1 gets created. Does anyone has seen this problem before?
