RE: cfengine "./configure" problems"

I ran into the same problem three days ago and Mark helped me a great deal.

 

make distclean did not work for me so I had to remove the directory and untar the distribution again.

Hi ,

 

I've downloaded the cfenine 2.0.3 , also obtained BerkeleyDB4.0 and SSL (which comes standard on RedHat 7.3)

-when I try to "./configure" cfengine  (on Linux RH7.3) it says "... it can't find /usr/local/Berkeley3.2... "   ?

-so I installed (./configure; make; make install) Berley3.3, and Berkeley3.2 but it still complains that it can't find the above.

 

-If anyone has seen this and/or can recommend  some advice on what I'm doin wrong  please let me know.
