Looks like it can't find your BerkeleyDB libraries. Does your /etc/ld.so.conf
contain a line similar to
/usr/local/BerkeleyDB.4.0/lib
And did you remember to run ldconfig after adding it?

try
ln -s /usr/lib/libdb-3.3.so /usr/lib/libdb3.so
and reconfiguring.
