I run both on my machines, plus cfenvd. I also took the extra
step of writing a small shell script that can restart cfexecd if
it ever dies, and added this to cron. So far, this has only been
necessary the one or two times I had cfexecd down for maintenance
and forgot to start it back up again afterwards, but it's quite
handy.
