parallel tasks

i have 20 servers which  i administrate with cfengine.
Can i start cfengine, that  all servers work together at the same time.

I think , cfengine works one after the other . But i will  that cfengine
run parallel tasks.

example

i will patche all servers at the same time. Now, when i start on master,
cfengine look at the cfrun.hosts and pached the first server. After
this operation the next server will be patched from the cfrun.hosts file.

How can i start cfengine , that all servers wiil be patched at the same
time.
